With more than 18 years of real estate experience, Bill founded Somerset Group Real Estate in 2021. First licensed in New Hampshire in 2004, Bill has helped thousands of buyers and sellers. His business is built on a foundation of dedication, communication, determination, and trust. Bill embodies the ability to cater and adapt to all of his clients real estate needs.

While not working, Bill enjoys spending time with his family at the lake, hiking, skiing, and watching his kids' hockey games.

Kelly Giraud grew up in New England and gained hands-on experience renovating properties long before house flipping became mainstream—an education that shaped a practical understanding of real estate from the ground up. That early exposure led her to pursue formal study in the field, culminating in a PhD in Resource Economics with a specialization in land economics.

For more than two decades she has taught real estate, economics, and negotiation, sharing expertise with new generations of professionals. A New Hampshire real estate broker licensed since 2004, Kelly combines academic knowledge with practical experience in every transaction.

Her passion for real estate focuses on two priorities: helping clients build generational wealth and preserving classic New England architecture. Real estate remains the single largest source of wealth for most Americans, creating legacies that span generations. She is equally committed to New England’s architectural heritage—Cape Cods, saltboxes, colonials, and New Englanders possess a timeless quality that goes beyond craftsmanship and character. She is currently renovating a 200-year-old Greek Revival home, a project that has deepened her appreciation for historical craftsmanship and design.

Kelly recognizes that buying or selling a home is one of life’s most significant financial decisions and is committed to using her education, experience, and passion to guide clients through that process. Whether helping clients build wealth through investment or finding a dream home in a classic New England property, she puts her expertise to work to ensure their success.

Joselyn has worked as a mortgage lending professional for over 25 years, providing first time buyers and seasoned investors help in securing the right loan product. Her in-depth knowledge of home buying is a huge asset to her realtor work. Joselyn’s superior customer service, clear communication any time of the day, night, or weekend; and attention to detail means your goals are first and foremost. Her insider experience helps her clients avoid mistakes and pitfalls by spotting challenges before they become an issue.

Joselyn is a New Hampshire native and graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with a degree in Business. When not assisting clients, she enjoys hiking, golfing, pickleball and motorcycle rides with her wife. Her most important role is that of a mom to one incredible son.

Bert has over 30 years experience as a licensed real estate broker in both New Hampshire and Maine. Always ready to listen to the wants and needs of her clients in the process of finding and reaching their goal of home ownership. Bert enjoys meeting new people daily and is very detailed oriented.

In her spare time, Bert enjoys spending time with family, camping, playing cornhole and crafting.

Ardis was born in NH but has lived in Maine for thirty-eight years. She has been a licensed real estate agent in Maine and NH for over twenty years. She enjoys working with buyers and sellers. Her prior experience has been in several areas of business including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and medical office management. She and her husband also owned and managed a petroleum transport company for fourteen years. Having the experience in those areas has been an asset in her role as a realtor.

When not assisting clients, Ardis enjoys serving her church as well as spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoys traveling with her husband.

Vicki was born and raised in the Seacoast area and loves to spend her days outside in her gardens, walking the beaches searching for sea glass and doing photography. Vicki was blessed with a son and was active with his school as well as the soccer and baseball programs he played for. At the young age of 14, her son was diagnosed with Leukemia and the family’s world changed. After 6 years of treatment and a bone marrow transplant, her son is now happy, healthy, recently married and living his dreams!

Vicki is active with the Maine Children’s Cancer Program, Boston Children’s Hospital/Dana Farber Cancer Center, Depression & Suicide organizations, and various community organizations. During her son’s treatment, Vicki obtained her NH REALTOR© license and has worked with countless buyers, sellers, and investors. She gives her whole heart to her clients and is always providing her clients with a positive experience that exceeds expectations.

Bonnie Giddens is a dedicated paraeducator with a passion for supporting children with special needs. Since beginning her career in 2006, Bonnie has worked both full-time and part-time in ducational settings, where her patience, compassion, and commitment to each child’s growth have made a lasting impact. In addition to her work in education, Bonnie is a licensed real estate agent who enjoys helping others find the perfect place to call home.

Outside of her professional life, Bonnie loves spending time outdoors and caring for animals. She has a special passion for koi fish and enjoys designing and building koi ponds as a creative outlet. She is currently pursuing a degree in Advocacy at Southern New Hampshire University to further her ability to make a difference in her community.

A native of New Hampshire, Colleen has a deep understanding of the state, its communities, and the lifestyle that makes living here so special. Her local knowledge, combined with her marketing expertise, allows her to guide clients with insight, authenticity, and a strong connection to the region.

Drawing from a career working with both national and local brands, Colleen understands how to create meaningful connections, build trust, and develop customized marketing strategies that attract the right buyers. Her background as a journalist also gives her a unique ability to uncover and communicate the story behind every home and every client’s journey.

Throughout her career, Colleen has worked with respected brands including Life is Good, Robert Rothschild Farms, The Common Man Family of Restaurants, Plymouth State University, and Northpoint Mortgage. She now applies that same high-level marketing expertise, negotiation skill, and personal commitment to helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market with confidence.
